If you feel like having home cooked Japanese cuisine, I, Mr. Meen cat highly recommend Otoya. They have the best yakitori in NYC too.

I had a hard time choosing between this (photo) and black vinegar pork set.
Purrrrr...

You probably will have to wait an hour or more if you go there at the busy times.
